Job Description
My client are looking for a Handyperson / Caretaker to work on a large commercial building in Liverpool. They are looking for an experienced and reliable Handyperson. The role will involve basic maintenance tasks around site.
Although initially temporary this could lead to permanent for the right candidate.
This role is working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday. Standard hours are 8.30am - 4.45pm.
Daily Responsibilities Will Include
Portering duties
Setting up rooms
Moving items around the building
Basic maintenance tasks
Carrying out work safely and efficiently
Building relationships with client and contractors on site
Requirements for the role
DBS
Reliable and can work as a team
