Here at ISS, as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to develop our resource aligned against a key banking and retail contract by recruiting a Hard FM Support Manager to support the delivery of Engineering planned and reactive maintenance against the client's national branch network, encompassing Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric repairs
Here, working with the Account team, and a central none Account specific mobile engineering resource you will take an overview of Account engineering delivery to ensure service delivery is compliant, correct, completed and meets all H&S standards
Rather than, working on the engineering "front line", this role is instead intended to ensure compliance from a system/process perspective, ensuring jobs are closed down on the system and we are working to KPIs and SLAs. Therefore, you will work with a wide purview, and will be a major asset in understanding key processes underpinning contract delivery and room for improvements
This role best suits a Hard FM aware professional, well versed with FM software such as a CAFM system (Maximo) and works in a process/structured way but is able to support a major, and fast moving account
