About The Role

As Operational Lead, you will oversee the delivery of urgent community response services, ensuring timely, safe, and effective care for patients in crisis or requiring reablement. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, drive service improvement, and lead on workforce development, financial management, and strategic planning. This is a pivotal role in supporting integrated care and reducing hospital admissions.

Our Urgent Response teams provides rapid, holistic, multidisciplinary care designed to keep people independent, avoid unnecessary hospital admissions, and support timely discharges. This is your chance to operationally lead a service that truly transforms lives.
