What You’ll Be Doing
- Reporting on Hawk TP performance for relevant contracts against Key KPIs via Capability Programmes and Service Fleets Performance Reviews
- Interrogating spend data provided by PC’s and collating commentary of Spend vs Progress
- Ensuring that Hawk TP’s projects have a robust EAC’s based on cumulative performance against your baseline plan
- Creating, managing and maintaining accurate level 2 plans/schedules for all contracted work
- Providing SME advice to estimates including maintaining generic service cost metrics or bottoms up detail estimates for bespoke tasks as required, in suitable documentation with comprehensive DAREO’s
- Highlighting to the Product Engineering Manager where Supply & Demand issues may affect key event deliverables
- Ensuring that project risk and opportunity is being managed within the contract and recorded in formal risk register documents and managing escalation of specific risks into predict and inform the Product Engineering Manager
Essential
Your skills and experiences:
- Experience within project coordination and stakeholder management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, JIRA
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Desirable
- Managing resourced schedules
- Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Experience of working within a highly regulated engineering environment

Services Operations Project Management Team
Brough Technical Publications Project Manager reporting to the TIS Groundcrew Tech Pubs lead and is responsible for the Project Management and Project Control activities for all Hawk Tech Pubs activities. Primarily responsible for planning workload and controlling spend within the Brough Technical Publications team.
The Brough Technical Publications Project Manager will act as a focal point for non-technical issues. They manage business operations, stakeholder interfaces and provision of dependencies to the production teams.
