CFA Institute is seeking a Head, Compliance and Ethics to lead the continued evolution of our global compliance and ethics programme. Reporting to the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, this is a senior, Board-facing role with responsibility for strengthening compliance as a mature, independent second-line function while ensuring that ethics remains a defining organisational value worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the evolution of CFA Institute’s global compliance and ethics programme, strengthening it into a mature, embedded, and independent second-line function
• Serve as a trusted adviser to the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, executive leadership, the Risk Committee, and the Board of Governors on compliance, ethics, and emerging risks
• Own, mature and operationalize global compliance frameworks, including monitoring, controls testing, risk-based assessments, reporting, and issue escalation and remediation

Scope to build a globally recognised, best-in-class ethics and compliance programme with long-term ambition

In compliance with wage transparency laws in many of the jurisdictions in which we recruit, we provide the following information regarding compensation for this position: Expected salary range: UK £120,000-£150,000 per year. All salary ranges are subject to adjustment based on experience, education, location and other factors relevant to the position. Additional benefits include eligibility for an annual incentive bonus, a 12% employer contribution to a 401(k)/pension plan, and a comprehensive medical benefits package.
