A leading Life Sciences organisation is seeking a Head of Data Analytics to lead their enterprise-wide reporting and analytics function, driving strategic use of the Power Platform and shaping the future of their modern BI capability.
The successful candidate will partner closely with the Director of Data & Analytics, setting the strategy, vision, and technical architecture while leading a team of 6 (with budget to grow) to deliver high-quality insights and data solutions across the business.
Location: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the office
Salary: £90,000 to £105,000 + Benefits
To be considered:
- Min five years of professional experience delivering Business Intelligence & Analytics solutions.
- Advanced Power BI expertise (semantic models, DAX) and strong SQL skills (including SSRS).
- Prior experience with Azure and Databricks.
- Proven track record in data modelling (Kimball methodology preferred).
- Experience with leading teams and people management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
