We’re now hiring a Head of Assessment — a rare and exciting opportunity to lead and evolve our Assessment Services and play a pivotal role in Omni’s next phase of growth.

What you’ll do:

Reporting directly to our Talent Strategy Director, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and delivering innovative, objective, and impactful assessment and development strategies. You’ll work across a diverse client base — from public to private sector, including NHS Trusts, Universities and Financial companies — helping organisations make smarter, fairer hiring and development decisions that support their EDI goals.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in selection methodologies and tools.
• BPS level TUOP/TUOA (test user occupational personality/ability).
• Consultancy experience at senior level.
• Extensive experience in design and delivery of assessment/development centres.
• Experience in leading a team.
