We're partnered with a sustainable cosmetics brand as they look to hire a Head of Brand Marketing to lead PR, Social, and Content. Ensuring the brand story is delivered with authenticity and passion.

They are seeking a highly organised and operational leader with a proven track record of effectively managing teams at a consumer brand. Someone who will grasp the unique story of the brand and be able to translate it into a compelling brand narrative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the PR, Social Media, and Content teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Brand Ownership: Deeply understand the brand, creating and owning the brand book that captures the Creative Director’s brand vision.
• Performance & Analytics: Monitor and analyse performance, providing regular reports and insights. Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximise brand impact.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a Brand leadership role within a consumer-facing business.
• Strong analytical aptitude and a drive for innovation.
• Creative flair and ability to understand and articulate a brand's unique identity.
• Experience leading and inspiring marketing teams (PR, Social Media, Content) with strong expertise in those areas.

Location & Workplace Policy:

• London
• Three days a week in the office.
