Group Responsible to: Brand Director Department: Marketing Role Overview: The role of the Head of Brand & Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand and marketing strategy that drives growth, engagement and customer loyalty within the size? Group. As a key member of the leadership team, this role will see the creation and implementation of all marketing initiatives across digital, retail and experiential touch points across the size? Group. It’s essential to have a deep understanding of brand strategy, a passion for product and the culture that surrounds it and the ability to leverage data drive impactful marketing campaigns that resonate across the diverse audiences within the size?, HIP and Footpatrol fascias. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy

• Lead the development and refinement of the size? Group’s fascia’s (size?, HIP and Footpatrol) positioning and identity to ensure consistency across platforms and customer touchpoint.
