What will you be doing?

• Opportunity Identification: Use market research and industry analysis to uncover new automotive business opportunities that align with iCOMAT’s capabilities.
• Relationship Management: Develop strategic partnerships with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and key stakeholders to support project growth.
• Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiations to secure favorable agreements that support both growth and profitability in the automotive sector.
• Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the automotive industry, while nurturing and expanding existing accounts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless project implementation and client satisfaction.
• Market and Competitive Analysis: Regularly assess automotive market trends and competitor activities to position iCOMAT as a leader in composite materials for the industry.
• Industry Insights: Stay updated on emerging automotive trends and lightweight materials technology for continuous innovation.

What do we need from you?

We are looking for a candidate with a robust background in B2B sales and business development within the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Key requirements include:

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the B2B automotive or manufacturing sector, with specific knowledge of advanced composites or lightweight materials.
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Business Development Expertise: Strong understanding of automotive market expansion and revenue growth strategies.
• Negotiation & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills for building long-term partnerships.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Proactive Attitude: Self-driven and capable of working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools for tracking sales activities and business development metrics.
• Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel for business engagements.
