Head of Business Services - Assurance and Insight

Key information:

• Senior leadership level role with exciting progression path within the organisation
• Targeting people with C-suite or C-suite minus 1 or 2 experience
• You will have extensive experience in running controls frameworks, pmo functions and be comfortable working with exec team and board
• This role and team owns Operational Resilience and Business Continuity

Other details:

• Strong package + bonus on offer
• 3 days in 2 from home with a City of London location

Person requirements:

• The ideal background is a COO/Deputy COO from a small to mid sized business someone who can be both highly strategic but also be in the weeds when it comes to execution and business control
• You could alternatively come from a finance/audit/2LoD background as long as you have combined this with extensive management of transformation programmes and PMO
• Interpersonally you will need to be exceptional and ambassadorial in style. You will feel totally comfortable operating at the Executive level
• You will come from a regulated Financial Services business and be experienced and comfortable in facing of with the FCA/PRA
