Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Business Transformation to lead the digital evolution and drive business process improvements within a leading aviation manufacturing company. This pivotal role will focus on fostering a culture of continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver industry-leading performance for major customers.

The successful candidate will manage complex project portfolios, lead governance reviews with senior stakeholders, and spearhead transformational change at the shop floor level, particularly within production or Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul nenvironments.

A strong technical background is essential, including experience in designing robust data architectures and integrating multiple business systems. The role demands excellent stakeholder management skills to translate complex business needs into technical solutions while managing customer expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale transformation initiatives focused on digitalisation and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement programmes to optimise business processes and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain robust data structures and oversee integration across multiple business systems.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to conduct governance reviews and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Champion the use of data-driven decision-making through advanced data modelling and visualisation.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across industrial operations.

Skills

• Transformation Leadership with proven experience managing complex project portfolios.
• Industrial Operations expertise, particularly in production or MRO environments.
• Technical Architecture skills in data modelling and system integration.
• Strong Stakeholder Management and communication abilities.
• Expert knowledge of Envision or similar MRO systems.
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence platforms such as Looker or Oracle APEX.

• Envision (or equivalent MRO systems)
• Looker, Oracle APEX (BI platforms)
• SQL, PLSQL
• Cloud platforms: Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

Certifications & Standards

• Relevant certifications in transformation, project management, or data architecture are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with aviation industry standards and airworthiness regulations is desirable.
