• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the buying strategy to ensure a compelling, market-leading product offering.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality, cost-effective products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the supply chain and within the business.
• Stay ahead of market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Oversee the end-to-end buying process, including demand planning, budgeting, and stock management.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product success.
• Analyse sales data to optimise product range and maximise profitability.
• Champion sustainability and ethical sourcing in procurement practices.
• Build and manage a growing team, cultivating a culture of creativity and excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of buying experience, ideally within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
• Proven ability to drive commercial success and achieve business targets.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Deep understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour in the beauty sector.
• Experience working in start-up or high-growth environments is highly desirable.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in inventory systems and data-driven decision-making.
• Passionate about beauty, with a commitment to sustainable and ethical practices.
