Head of Campus Operations - ADE UK

Location: ADE UK Multi Campus
Working Hours - 37 hours per week
Salary - Up to £80,498

We are seeking a Head of Campus Operation (HOCO) to be part of the Senior Management Team and lead operational excellence across all ADE UK campuses.
This senior leadership role will focus on driving process improvement, digital transformation, and technology-enabled efficiency. As HOCO, you will mentor Campus Managers, act as the operational escalation point, and contribute directly to strategic decision-making, including Quarterly Operational Reviews.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Leading and standardising operations across campuses
- Designing and implementing automated, data-driven workflows using coding and systems integration
- Building executive dashboards and ensuring data accuracy for decision-making
- Chairing cross-functional groups to deliver process and system enhancements
- Acting as a key member of the IT Working Group, guiding system strategy and innovation
We are looking for someone with proven leadership in multi-site operations, strong technical skills (Python, JavaScript, SQL), and a track record in process automation and digital transformation.
