As Head of Change & Capability Enablement, you’ll play a key role in driving transformation across our BGIUK Technology function. You’ll lead the development of agile ways of working, product operating models, and future skills—helping our teams thrive in a modern, cloud-enabled environment. This is a chance to shape how we work, build internal capability, and embed lasting change that supports our mission.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead the Change & Capability product, including its roadmap, backlog, and value delivery strategy.
- Build strong relationships across BGIUK Technology and the wider business to deliver change effectively.
- Define and track success using clear product metrics like skills uplift, time to value, and feedback loops.
- Manage a cross-functional team of coaches, change agents, and capability specialists.
- Deliver services including agile and lean ways of working, cloud skills development, leadership coaching, and team effectiveness facilitation.
- Partner with senior leaders and enabling functions (HR, L&D, Finance) to embed transformation into the organisation.
- Activate cultural change by evolving behaviours, language, and leadership norms.
- Oversee strategic programmes, ensuring alignment with workforce goals and broader transformation efforts.
- Establish systems to measure progress, impact, and learning.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Deep expertise in product thinking, agile delivery, and organisational transformation.
- Experience leading product teams and aligning outcomes with business value.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Background in enterprise coaching, change management, or organisational design (highly desirable).
- Proven success in embedding agile and product operating models at scale.
- Strong programme management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with cloud adoption strategies and future skills development.
- Ethical, honest behaviour that builds trust and compliance.
- Experience working in large, complex organisations.
