We’re looking for a Head of Strategic Organisational Development and Change - someone who knows that culture isn't just shaped by strategy, but by how people are led, supported, and heard every day
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead three critical areas:
Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (EDIB)
- Design and deliver EDIB strategies that drive real, measurable change
- Collaborate with leaders and employee networks to embed inclusive practice across the organisation
- Monitor progress using data, feedback, and engagement insights
Engagement & Wellbeing
- Shape a culture where our people thrive, feel valued, and are inspired to contribute
- Lead on employee engagement strategy and action planning
- Use feedback and insights to create meaningful interventions that enhance our people experience
Strategic OD & Change Office
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on culture, capability and organisational resilience
- Lead key people-centred transformation programmes
- Strengthen our change leadership capability and embed frameworks that support long-term impact
