Why Oviva?

We offer digital programmes designed to support people with weight-related conditions, including obesity, prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, and hypertension. While weight loss is the main goal for many of the people we support, our approach isn't just about the numbers on the scales - t's about improving your health, self-confidence, and quality of life.

Our proven strategy has helped us become award-winning and the largest digital health provider treating diet-related conditions in Europe. We operate within the healthcare systems to give people access to the medical care they need. We are rapidly expanding across Europe, including the UK, Switzerland, Germany and now Poland. You will be joining an organization that has treated almost 1 million people to date and is continuing to scale up.

  • Experience managing and scaling operational teams and leading complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong understanding of UK healthcare workforce structures, compliance, and flexible staffing models.
  • High analytical competency and experience using data to drive workforce strategies.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills across teams and senior stakeholders.

  • Partner with Clinical and Commercial stakeholders to ensure resource planning supports quality care, cost efficiency, and service innovation.
  • Lead initiatives that optimise scheduling systems, workforce models, and clinician utilisation frameworks.
  • Track KPIs such as wait times, bank clinician performance, and workforce gaps; provide regular reporting and insights.
  • Ensure legal, clinical, and operational compliance in workforce strategies—balancing employment law with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Promote continuous improvement in workforce adaptability, clinician experience, and cross-service responsiveness.
