Why Oviva?
We offer digital programmes designed to support people with weight-related conditions, including obesity, prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, and hypertension. While weight loss is the main goal for many of the people we support, our approach isn't just about the numbers on the scales - t's about improving your health, self-confidence, and quality of life.
Our proven strategy has helped us become award-winning and the largest digital health provider treating diet-related conditions in Europe. We operate within the healthcare systems to give people access to the medical care they need. We are rapidly expanding across Europe, including the UK, Switzerland, Germany and now Poland. You will be joining an organization that has treated almost 1 million people to date and is continuing to scale up.
The role:
As Oviva scales its clinical services across the UK, this role will be responsible for aligning clinician workforce capacity with evolving patient demand. The role is central to delivering timely, compliant, and high-quality care across services. It combines strategic leadership, operational design, and team management, all while supporting clinician wellbeing and performance. This function will champion innovation in workforce planning; integrating data, policy, and care models to future-proof Oviva’s resource planning capabilities.
