Head of Collections

Head of Collections & Recoveries – London 3x a week

£100-£120k

A high-growth fintech in the car finance space is scaling fast and now building out a brand-new Collections & Recoveries function and looking for someone to lead it.

This is a hands-on opportunity to:

• Design and own the end-to-end collections & recoveries strategy
• Build a new squad (starting lean, then scaling with engineering and ops resources)
• Work with external recovery partners, legal teams, and ops to protect the business while keeping customer care front and centre
• Use data and analysis (SQL required) to drive decision-making
• Lead initiatives that improve arrears and recovery performance in secured lending / car finance

You’ll report directly into the Chief Data Officer and play a critical role in shaping one of the most important areas of the business.

They are looking for someone who’s already led initiatives to improve collections and recoveries, ideally within car finance, leasing, or secured lending.
