Job Title: Head of Commercial Growth
Location: Manchester
Salary: £70,000 plus bonus
Reports to: CFO
The Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded, data-driven leader to own and accelerate hirer revenue across all channels, from inbound demand and digital listings to outbound marketing and conversion optimisation. This role will also lead the marketing function, ensuring our brand, campaigns, and performance activity drive measurable growth.
You’ll sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, product and ops, with a remit to grow revenue through both e-commerce-style trading and offline revenue activation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the commercial strategy and performance for hirer revenue across our marketplace
- Drive online conversion, pricing, upsell and AOV through a trading mindset
- Lead the marketing team and external agencies to deliver brand and performance campaigns
- Build and optimise user journeys to maximise conversion (web, email, landing pages, HubSpot)
- Analyse data and performance trends to inform decisions and surface new opportunities
- Collaborate with product and operations to align growth with experience
- Champion continuous improvement, A/B testing and CRO methodology
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in a commercial growth, marketing or trading role
- Experience across both offline and online customer acquisition
- Data-led, hands-on and outcome-focused
- Comfortable managing budgets, pricing strategies and marketing performance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in marketplaces, leisure, SaaS, or community-driven platforms preferred
