Eton Bridge Partners is working in partnership with an online marketplace client to appoint their new Head of Commercial Insights. The position will play a critical role in scaling the business by embedding data-driven decision-making across growth, retention, and profitability. This role will own commercial analytics end-to-end, providing insight across customer acquisition, lifetime value, churn, pricing, and unit economics to support rapid, sustainable growth.
As a senior commercial partner, you will work closely with Marketing, Technology/Product and Operations, with a direct line into the CFO and dotted line to the CEO. You will play a key role in translating data into clear actions that drive subscriber growth, retention, and margin improvement.
