Brief Overview:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a senior leader to join two growing lifestyle brands as Head of Commercial & Operations. This role will be pivotal in shaping the operational backbone of the business, bringing together all post-purchase, fulfilment, and customer-facing functions to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of the brand experience.

You will be responsible for ensuring products reach customers on time and in full, overseeing customer care, managing 3PL partners, and supporting retail and wholesale channels to succeed. This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys building high-performing teams, and can balance short-term execution with long-term systems thinking.

Head of Commercial & Operations – Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior Sales Operations, Fulfilment, or Customer Operations leadership role within a DTC or omni-channel consumer brand.
• Proven track record in driving sales growth across partnerships, wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and marketplace channels, ensuring consistent brand representation and profitability
• Strong background in managing 3PLs, carriers, freight forwarders, and multi-region logistics, with a commercial mindset
• Demonstrated people leadership across diverse functions – from frontline retail teams to technical operations
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude and ability to manage competing priorities
• Process-driven with a focus on efficiency, while keeping the customer experience at the forefront
• Collaborative, commercially aware, and aligned with brand values
