Head of Compliance

HFG are recruiting a Head of Compliance for a Lloyd's Syndicate on an exclusive basis.

Reporting into the Compliance Director, this is an opportunity for someone at Senior Manager level (or equivalent) to take on their first 'Head of' role.

You'll join a high-performing business, one with ambitious growth plans and a culture of collaboration. Duties are broad and cover staff management (a small team), regulatory compliance, sanctions, financial crime, conduct risk and product governance.

It is essential that you have recent experience gained at a Lloyd's Managing Agency / Syndicate within a compliance function, a compliance generalist background and experience of management.
