Description

Rutherford has been mandated on a Head of Compliance search for a broker. This is a part-time role with remote flexibility. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the firm’s UK compliance obligations, acting as the senior compliance lead and primary regulatory contact.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact with regulators, managing all FCA communications, submissions and regulatory interactions.
Review and develop the compliance monitoring program
Oversee key regulatory responsibilities, including all required regulatory reporting.
Manage the day-to-day compliance function, providing practical guidance to the business on conduct and regulatory matters.

Requirements

7–12 years’ compliance experience within a CFD, FX or spread betting broker
Strong knowledge of FCA rules and regulatory frameworks.
