Head of Corporate Legal Affairs

Permanent full time opportunity in a growing mid sized global PE backed technology business for the Head of Corporate Legal Affairs based in London.

You will set up and improve legal compliance strategically advise senior leaders operating with in a robust legal governance framework. Including:

• Leading legal risk management
• Compliance for the UK and international locations
• Management of external litigation
• Merges and acquisition and divestments
• Legal contract review
• Develop , implement and maintain policies plus so much more

For this role you will need a law degree with a post graduate qualifiucation and 10 years plus of leagl experience. You will have familiarity with international legal frameworks and hands on M&A experience. Ideally you will have come from a technology business and lead the legal department.

This role offer a salary range of £110 -125,000 plus bonus of 15% and include travel to the international sites.
