Morgan Philips is delighted to be partnering with a leading client in the search for a Head of Corporate Reward. This is a pivotal role, responsible for shaping and delivering global compensation strategies that not only attract and retain top talent but also ensure compliance and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. You will lead on executive remuneration, incentive design, and group-wide reward initiatives, providing trusted guidance to senior stakeholders and the Remuneration Committee.
The package on offer is highly competitive, with excellent benefits including a generous bonus, car allowance, shares and pension. This is a hybrid position, requiring 2–3 days per week in the London office.
As Head of Corporate Reward, you will design and implement a compelling global reward strategy, oversee high-profile projects such as M&A integration, and champion continuous improvement through innovation and digitalisation. Your expertise in executive pay, employment law, incentives and international reward frameworks will allow you to combine strategic vision with hands-on delivery.
