Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Cost Management function in London

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to succession planning and long-term strategy

Candidate Requirements

• Quantity Surveyor (QS) background
• Proven track record in delivering and managing cost management projects
• Strong knowledge of the London market, including client networks
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
• Experience in commercial office is preferred; other sectors such as data centres, residential, and higher education also considered
• Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills
