About you:

You’re a natural problem-solver with a sharp eye for operations and a deep respect for the creative process. You bring a mix of charisma, decisiveness, and adaptability—able to motivate creative teams, build strong cross-functional relationships, and confidently make decisions under pressure. You understand the nuances of working across both entertainment and Healthcare and Renewable Energy campaigns, and you're as comfortable managing complex timelines and championing great ideas. Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, you’re someone who brings energy, structure, and clarity wherever you go.


Role Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and creative focused Head of Creative Services to lead the planning, delivery, and operational success of our creative output across Entertainment and Healthcare and Renewable Energy campaigns. You will oversee the creative project lifecycle, working closely with the Studio manager to oversee the resource planning and Creative execution—ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standard.

Acting as a key link between Creative, Production, Social and Accounts teams, this role ensures studio efficiency, clarity of briefs, smart use of talent, and creative excellence across all touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities:

Creative Operations & Delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and workflow for all creative campaigns including and not limited to design, motion, video, and digital.
  • Own the structure, pace, and prioritisation of creative projects to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Champion scalable processes, technology, AI software, version control, and workflow tools to increase studio efficiency.
  • You will work with the SVP of Marketing and the senior management team to craft a department business plan and seek to add department insight in relation to its impact on the wider business.


Team & Resource Leadership

  • Manage a multidisciplinary studio team, ensuring the right talent is deployed to the right briefs.
  • Lead weekly resource planning and long-term capacity forecasting in collaboration with Heads of Dept.
  • Coach, mentor, and empower Producers, Art Director, and Designers to deliver their best work.
  • Support Team with their development and training, and lead on Review process bi-yearly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Synergy with other Depts including client services, data insights and strategy, PR and production leads to ensure shared understanding of project timelines, objectives, and creative goals and client deliverables.
  • Liaise with Finance to ensure payments and deliverables are aligned, with ongoing projects and the pipeline.
  • Work with HR to support permanent hire resourcing and Studio Lead for freelance support
  • Creative Standards & Quality Control

    • Translate briefs into actionable plans that align team efforts and reduce delivery friction.
    • Ensure all creative output meets our internal standards, brand guidelines, and (where applicable) strict pharma compliance requirements.
    • Act as a senior reviewer on high-priority or high-visibility projects, upholding creative integrity and performance.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Support senior leadership in presenting timelines and workflows during new business pitches and client onboarding.
    • Act as a problem-solver and escalation point for challenges in scope, timelines, and delivery.
  • Process Innovation & Growth

    • Identify bottlenecks, implement new tools, and continuously evolve how creative teams work.
    • Bring a culture of continuous improvement, pushing for innovation, automation, and smarter ways of working.

    Senior Management Responsibilities

    • Ensuring people collaboration in line with our companies values of people first,
  • Experience & Skills Required:

    • Established experience in a creative operations, Senior Producer , production, or studio leadership role—ideally in a digital marketing agency or creative environment within the Entertainment Industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and scale multi-disciplinary creative teams, including video editors, designers, motion artists, and producers.
    • Experience working with both fast-paced entertainment campaigns and pharma clients with compliance-heavy workflows.
    • Excellent knowledge of creative workflows, resourcing tools, and project management systems.
    • A natural problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills—confident with stakeholders, calm under pressure.
    • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a drive to build structure in fast-moving environments.
