A high-growth, tech-led organisation is looking for a Head of CRM Architecture to take ownership of their full revenue systems ecosystem. This is a rare opportunity to operate at the intersection of systems architecture, commercial operations, and analytics, shaping the foundations that power Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

This isn’t traditional CRM administration. You will architect the systems that underpin the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring the GTM tech stack scales effectively while maintaining strong data quality and governance. If you want to own the strategy, design, and optimisation of a modern CRM environment while partnering closely with senior leaders, this role offers real influence and long-term progression.

The Role

You will:

• Own the CRM platform as the central revenue system for the organisation
• Design and optimise the GTM technology stack to support future scale
• Lead CRM architecture across Sales, Service, and Operations
• Translate commercial requirements into scalable system design and configuration
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership
• Build and maintain data quality standards, lifecycle processes, and technical documentation
• Troubleshoot issues, support system users, and maintain overall CRM health
• Work with engineering and automation teams to improve workflows and end-to-end processes

Your Skills

• 5+ years administering CRM platforms in RevOps, CRM Architecture, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of CRM design, data structures, and lifecycle management
• Experience with HubSpot a must have
• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into decisions
• Comfortable bridging technical and commercial teams
• Experience working in SaaS or fast-paced environments
• Interest in automation, system scale, and the future of CRM
