Head of Cybersecurity – Software & Enterprise Systems

We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals, and right now we’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Cybersecurity – Software & Enterprise Systems to join our global IT function.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational security of our enterprise applications, cloud infrastructure, and internal software systems. You’ll play a key role in embedding cybersecurity across our technology landscape enabling innovation while ensuring resilience, compliance, and trust in our digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies and procedures for software and IT systems.
• Oversee secure cloud operations across AWS, Azure, and other platforms.
• Manage vulnerability and incident response processes for external and internal systems.
• Lead internal security audits, third-party assessments, and remediation efforts.
• Stay up to date with threats, trends, and technologies relevant to software environments.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity, including experience in manufacturing or connected products.
• Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure), application security, and enterprise IT environments.
• Ability to document and prioritise requirements, communicate with stakeholders, and manage change effectively.
• Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills; capable of translating complex ideas across audiences.
• Exceptional organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
