Head of Delivery – Defence / Electronic Warfare (EW)

We’re seeking an Head of Delivery to lead high-value, complex Electronic Warfare (EW) programmes, ranging from £15m – £100m.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, overseeing multiple concurrent projects in a high-compliance, mission-critical environment.

As Head of Delivery, you will:

• Shape and implement delivery strategy alongside the VP of the Business Unit
• Lead 2–3 large-scale concurrent projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes
• Manage resources, schedules, risks, and dependencies across programmes
• Grow and develop a high-performing delivery team
• Provide clear reporting and forecasting to senior stakeholders
• Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement

What are we looking for?

• Proven programme delivery leadership in defence, aerospace, or regulated technology
• Experience delivering multi-million-pound programmes across complex projects
• Hands-on leadership style – proactive, solutions-focused, and delivery-driven
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• UK SC clearance (or eligibility)

Added value would be experience with EW or mission-critical defence systems although not essential to the position.

Based in the UK with some travel (UK & international)
