This is an exciting time to join the University. In July 2023 , we launched our new strategy – Wielding Brunel’s World-class Difference – which aims to propel Brunel to new heights and establish us as a world-leading technical university, and we are on a positive trajectory. In the past two years, we have climbed more than 70 places over the 2024 and 2025 QS League Table surveys, our National Student Survey results, and key research metrics.
Brunel’s Marketing and Communications department plays a critical strategic role in shaping the University’s reputation, amplifying its brand, visibility, and deepening engagement with key audiences through powerful storytelling, integrated communications, and exceptional digital experiences.
We are now seeking a talented and creative individual with a hands-on approach to lead the development and delivery of Brunel’s digital experience, marketing and communications strategy and team. You will have extensive experience in developing and delivering a digital content strategy, including UX, UI and user behaviour, you will know current digital marketing trends and be aware of emerging platforms. As an expert in developing and implementing strategic, insight-led communication campaigns and optimising all digital platforms and channels you will play a key role in driving Brunel’s growth and increased visibility.
We offer a generous annual leave package plus discretionary University closure days, excellent training and development opportunities as well as a great occupational pension scheme and a range of health-related support. The University is committed to a hybrid working approach.
