Are you a Head of Digital or an individual with an incredibly strong digital background who is passionate about making a positive impact? We're looking for a talented individual to join our team for a 9-month fixed-term contract. You'll be instrumental in driving key digital initiatives, with a primary focus on a website rebuild.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the website rebuild, overseeing timelines, content migration, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate freelancers and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Manage our CRM and social media agencies to support campaign planning and monthly content.
• Schedule, review, and approve Salesforce email journeys.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insightful reports to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure a smooth handover at the end of your contract.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in digital project management, ideally with a strong track record of successful website delivery.
• A solid understanding of CRM and organic social media workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills and experience managing agency relationships.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at juggling multiple tasks.
• Bonus points if you have experience working in values-led sectors like education or charity.
