We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Of EMEA sales to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and lead our sales efforts across the Europe and Middle East region. This pivotal role requires a hands-on player-coach who can lead from the front, build and develop high-performing sales teams, and execute strategic sales initiatives while actively engaging with key clients and partners.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cultural nuances across the European and Middle Eastern regions, strong leadership skills, and experience working within a global fintech organization. As part of our globally distributed team, you will collaborate closely with leadership in the US and Israel, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader business objectives while localizing strategies for success in Europe & Middle East markets.


Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth & Sales Leadership: Drive regional revenue targets through new business acquisition, strategic partnerships, and account expansion.
  • Player-Coach Approach: Personally engage in high-value sales while mentoring, coaching, and upskilling a growing sales team.
  • Market Expansion & Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales strategies tailored to diverse European and Middle East markets, balancing global consistency with local adaptability.
  • Cultural Empathy & Client Relationships: Build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating a keen understanding of regional business cultures and decision-making processes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with global product, marketing, and operations teams to optimize go-to-market strategies and enhance customer experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement sales best practices (MEDDPICC), CRM discipline, pipeline management, and forecasting to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Global Coordination: Act as a critical liaison between the local regions and global headquarters, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and initiatives.
  • Team Leadership & Structure: Manage a blended sales team responsible for both hunting (new business development) and farming (account management) strategies to drive sustainable growth.
  • Pre-Sales Management: Oversee and collaborate with the regional pre-sales team to ensure strong technical and strategic support for client engagements.
  • Navigating Complex Banking Ecosystems: Lead and coach the team in successfully engaging with large, complex top banks across multiple markets, helping them navigate complex sales cycles and decision-making structures.


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of B2B fintech sales experience (Banking), with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing regional teams.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in complex, multi-country European & Middle East markets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills- ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales force.
  • Experience working in a global organization, collaborating across time zones and cultural boundaries.
  • Deep understanding of regional cultural differences and how they impact business negotiations and relationship-building.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
