My client, a rapidly expanding multi-strategy Real Estate Investment House, seek a talented and dynamic qualified accountant for their Group Financial Controller opportunity.
Duties include:
- Financial Control of a sophisticated trading and partnership structure
- Debt finance management
- Treasury
- Company secretarial responsibilities and ad hoc project management
- Commercial management of planning origination and lease negotiation
