Location: London - hybrid (with cross-country travel)

Contract: 14 Month - Fixed Term Contract

Sector: Telecoms

Overview:

Stanton House is exclusively recruiting a Head of Financial Operations to steer the development of a sizeable team and oversee the financial controls for a PE-Backed telecoms group. This role is critical to improving the day-to-day accounting processes and delivering timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Steer the development of a team of 13
Lead and take ownership of the Group's monthly financial close process
Take control of the audit
Spearhead the transformation of the Group’s finance operations
Contribute the ongoing development the ERP system (NetSuite)
Coordinate and prepare audit deliverables

Candidate Profile:

Qualified Accountant: ACA OR ACCA, with significant post qualified experience
Proven finance leadership: Demonstrated experience leading finance teams effectively
ERP and systems Expertise: Display proficiency with ERP systems, Excel and other financial analysis tools.
Technical accounting expertise and experience leading audits
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience leading process imrovement
High attention to detail, ability to work autonomously and manage own workload
