This is a great opportunity to join a past-faced business, under the guidance of an excellent leader to assist in driving change and efficiencies across a successful, global brand.
Responsibilities;
> Act as a trusted finance partner to the C‑Suite, providing insight, challenge and forward‑looking analysis to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
> Lead and develop the London‑based FP&A team, setting clear expectations, building capability and fostering a high‑performance, collaborative culture.
> Influence senior stakeholders across regions and functions, translating complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
> Ensure timely, accurate and insightful delivery of monthly performance reporting, including variance analysis, KPIs, headcount and performance analysis.
> Drive consistency and standardisation of FP&A processes across the Group, while remaining sensitive to local and regional nuances.
> Help shape the future FP&A operating model, including tools, systems, data architecture and ways of working.
> Champion the use of data, automation and advanced analytics to move FP&A from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive insight.
Skills & experience required;
> Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc) with significant experience in a Group FP&A role within a complex, multinational organisation.
> Background in private equity‑backed environments, with a strong understanding of pace, governance, value creation and stakeholder expectations.
> 10+ years' of finance experience.
> Strong Leadership abilities.
