A growing organisation within the gambling sector is seeking a strategic and commercially focused Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead group-wide financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis. This role sits at the heart of the business, offering high visibility across the full P&L, cash flow, and key transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end budgeting and reforecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with wider strategic priorities
- Collaborate closely with non-financial teams to build and challenge financial assumptions
- Manage a high-performing team across the UK and a Centre of Excellence based overseas
- Provide timely, data-driven insights to highlight risks and opportunities across the Group
- Coach and support the international CoE team to standardise processes and drive efficiencies
- Contribute to strategic initiatives including finance systems transformation (e.g., ERP/EPM implementation)
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve forecasting processes and business performance
- Deliver commercial insights and partner with key stakeholders to support strategic decisions
- Utilise advanced Excel modelling to enhance and maintain reporting frameworks
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA) with substantial post-qualification experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to influence at senior levels
- Hands-on experience working within the gambling sector
- Demonstrated capability in project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Analytical mindset with a track record of implementing or optimising planning tools/systems
