Job Title: Head of Global Brand Marketing

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the global brand and innovation strategy, turning new product innovation into simple, scalable narratives.
• Own end-to-end global product launches and campaigns that build fame, salience, and differentiation.
• Champion digital-first, platform-native thinking, ensuring campaigns are designed for social, e-commerce, and paid media from day one.
• Drive data-led marketing decisions, optimizing media investment and ROI with a strong focus on the US market.
• Balance long-term brand equity with short-term business impact

What You Bring:

• 15+ years in global brand or marketing leadership within beauty or high-growth consumer brands.
• Proven US market experience and track record of global product launches.
• Deep understanding of media effectiveness, brand measurement, and marketing ROI.
• Exceptional strategic and commercial influence, thriving in fast-paced, complex environments.
