We have a fantastic opportunity for an innovative and strategic leader to join Allianz Personal as Head of Home Product and Proposition.
This new role is essential to shape our future strategy, the propositions we offer to our customers and enhancing the suite of products that support them. You will be responsible for ensuring our products are competitive and stand out in a crowded market, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving the development of new offerings to meet market demands.
Location: London, Birmingham or Leeds.
Salary Information
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.

About You
- Owns the design of the AZP home proposition for customers across all distribution channels.
- Enhances the home proposition through the delivery of incremental change to the existing products, working with the various business areas to deliver the change.
- Evolves the Smart Quote proposition to maximise its usage across the business.
- Conducts consumer research to guide the development of home propositions.
- Delivers incremental growth to the home business through additional product development including Landlord, non-standard business and MNW/HNW propositions.
- Champions the development of home propositions across the wider teams.
- Knowledge of UK home insurance market.
- Understanding of UK home regulation including GIPP and Consumer Duty.
- Knowledge of how an insurance company functions and tracks performance.
- Significant experience of working in UK personal lines, including in the Home insurance market.
- Prior experience of working in the development of products and propositions within insurance
- Experience of managing and influencing different stakeholders across different business areas.
- An excellent communicator, capable of engaging and collaborating at all levels of seniority and building strong relationships.
