We are seeking a highly organised, engaging people professional to become our Head of Human Resources. You will play a key part in supporting our colleagues as they deliver exceptional leadership and management development programmes.

Your Impact

• You'll lead four transformational areas that will define Fuel Learning as the employer of choice in L&D:

1). People Performance Excellence

• Design and implement innovative and easy to implement performance management systems
• Implement our transparent performance related pay frameworks that reward excellence
• Establish recognition programmes that celebrate exceptional contributions
• Design clear development pathways for every team member
• Ensure every team member has the tools and support to excel

2). Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand

• Develop a compelling employee value proposition that attracts top talent
• Build Fuel's reputation as a destination employer in L&D
• Create innovative recruitment strategies to attract industry leaders
• Design an exceptional candidate experience
• Establish partnerships with key talent sources

3). Talent Retention & Culture

• Shape and nurture a world-class workplace culture
• Implement engagement initiatives that inspire and motivate
• Design industry leading benefits and development programmes
• Create meaningful career progression opportunities
• Foster an environment where top performers thrive

4). HR Excellence

• Ensure best practice HR policies and procedures
• Provide expert guidance to leadership on people matters

What You'll Bring

• Proven track record in transformational HR leadership
• Experience in building high-performance cultures
• Strong HRIS implementation experience; our system is HiBob
• Passion for employee development and engagement
• Strategic thinking with excellent execution skills
• Experience in implementing performance related pay structures
• Track record of implementing successful recognition programmes

Location

• Hybrid working between our Measham office and home, with initial 3-6 months primarily office based to embed into the business and build relationships.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary of £60,000 to £70,000 per annum
• 33 days annual leave (inc. bank holidays and extended Christmas break)
