Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Hybrid Cloud AI Strategy

Define and drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of hybrid cloud and AI initiatives that align with business priorities and accelerate innovation across markets.

  • Drive Strategic Partnerships Alliances

Build and manage relationships with strategic vendors, alliance partners, ISVs, and AI ecosystem partners; co-develop joint GTM strategies and partnership agreements to expand market reach.

  • Develop Execute GTM and Incentive Programs

Design scalable go-to-market programs, define joint incentive structures, and leverage partner funding (e.g., MDF) to support demand generation, co-selling, and sales enablement initiatives.

  • Align Sales Marketing for Impact

Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure unified messaging, field enablement, and campaign execution, while tracking program performance and ROI.

Your Qualifications

  • 10+ years in strategic partnerships, sales programs, GTM, or cloud/AI-related roles
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional cloud or AI initiatives
  • Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architecture, AI/ML technologies, and enterprise IT trends
  • Experience working with or for Global Accounts or major cloud/AI vendors
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive presence
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and execution discipline
  • Experience in B2B enterprise technology marketing or sales leadership
  • Global or regional leadership experience
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree is an advantage
