Are you a passionate leader with a commitment to delivering high-quality care? We’re looking for a visionary Head of In-House Services to lead our internal provider services and shape the future of adult social care in Kirklees.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of in-house services including residential care, day services, and enablement.
- Ensure services are person-centred, safe, and compliant with CQC standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across all in-house provision.
- Champion a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and inclusive approach to care.
- Collaborate with partners to deliver integrated, community-focused services.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Lead workforce development, recruitment, and retention strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in adult social care or related services.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and quality standards.
- Excellent people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of service transformation.
