A leading global organisation is seeking a senior internal communications professional to lead its global internal communications strategy. This role is central to shaping employee engagement, aligning messaging with strategic priorities, and fostering collaboration across a complex international network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver a global internal communications strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead campaigns and initiatives that support organisational culture, transformation, and strategic change.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on internal messaging and engagement.
• Oversee a high-performing, globally dispersed team, ensuring consistent delivery and innovation.
• Collaborate with regional and local communications leads to ensure alignment and best practice sharing.
• Champion the use of modern tools and AI-enabled approaches to enhance communication effectiveness.
• Establish KPIs and lead measurement and reporting to assess impact and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior internal communications role within a large, complex organisation.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience advising senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic communications programmes that drive engagement and business alignment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for translating complex ideas into clear, compelling content.
• Strong project management capabilities and comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms, including AI-driven communication solutions.
• A collaborative, inclusive approach and a passion for innovation in internal communications.
