Head of International Sales
West Yorkshire | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)
We're working with a fast-growing business in the pet sector that is looking to appoint a Head of International Sales to drive expansion across Europe and beyond.
Key responsibilities:
Build and execute the international sales strategy, with a strong focus on European growth.
Develop and manage relationships with distributors, pet retail chains and grocery multiples.
Lead and develop a small sales team, ensuring delivery of ambitious revenue and growth targets.
Act as a hands-on sales leader in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What we're looking for:
Broad international sales experience, ideally with exposure to the DACH region (preferred but not essential).
Existing contacts across distributors and retail channels in the pet or food sectors.
Track record of delivering growth across international markets.
Proactive, hands-on leadership style, ideally gained in a smaller, agile business.
Pet industry experience preferred.
