Head of IT & Digital Transformation - 12m Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £85,000 - £90,000 per annum + excellent benefits, including 27 days holiday, 2:1 pension (up to 12% employer contribution), plus many more
Location: Hybrid UK, with infrequent visits to our London office.

We are Fair4All Finance. We are a not-for-profit organisation working with Financial Services
providers to improve the financial wellbeing of people in vulnerable circumstances by increasing access to fair, affordable and appropriate financial products and services.
We are continuing our work following our latest round of funding, and as a result we are now
seeking a Head of IT & Digital Transformation on an initial 12 month fixed term contract to join us at a pivotal moment of growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the design and delivery of a refreshed IT and digital strategy that aligns with our mission: improving financial inclusion for people in vulnerable circumstances.
You will oversee technology operations, lead digital transformation, and ensure that our systems and infrastructure are secure, scalable, and support our ambitious goals. Reporting to the Chief Finance and Operations Officer (CFOO), this role is central to embedding a culture of digital adoption and operational excellence across the organisation.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organisation, ensuring resources are strategically aligned with our goals to drive meaningful social impact.
Although this role is initially offered on a 12 month fixed term basis, there is possibility for a longer term/permanent engagement upon completion of the initial contract.

Founded in 2019, we are funded from the Dormant Assets Scheme. The scheme is led by the financial industry and backed by the UK government. This makes it possible for money in dormant bank and building society accounts to be used to help good causes.
