Description

An established professional services firm, with nearly 200 years of history, is seeking to strengthen its marketing leadership team. With a market leading reputation in the legal sector, the company is focused on delivering to it's customers trusted, expert legal advice, delivered quickly and clearly.

They are looking for a Head of Marketing to join the senior leadership team. This role is based in Manchester with hybrid working, requiring one day each week in the city centre office. It offers the chance to shape the company's brand strategy, develop and deliver campaigns for the company and individua areas of law, lead content production and control PR activity across both consumer and industry channels

.What you’ll be doing...

Developing and delivering marketing strategies that support business growth
Leading campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels
Managing PR opportunities and leveraging relationships with key stakeholders to maximise exposure
Overseeing content creation and brand advocacy initiatives
Working closely with senior colleagues to ensure marketing aligns with wider business objectives

Managing and mentoring team members while instilling a culture of performance and collaboration

Supporting broader marketing activity across digital and business development activity

What we’re looking for...

Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role
Strong background in campaign planning, content, PR, and social media
Experience within the legal sector or a similar professional services environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management ski
Ability to deliver results while maintaining a collaborative and inclusive approach
A purpose driven marketing professional
