We are partnering with a global property consultancy headquartered in London. Due to rapid growth, they are now looking for a Head of Marketing Solutions to join their team. This newly created position offers the opportunity to shape and deliver strategic marketing initiatives that drive business development, enhance brand visibility, and support ambitious growth objectives.

About the Role

The Head of Marketing Solutions will work within the wider growth function, collaborating closely with senior leadership to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies across services, sectors, and regions. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting work-winning activity, strengthening client engagement, and contributing to global marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business growth objectives
Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, building capability and embedding best practices
Drive account-based marketing and sector-focused campaigns to support client development
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence and shape marketing initiatives
Oversee budgets, reporting, and ROI measurement for marketing activities
Contribute to global marketing objectives and support international campaigns

Key Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience working at a strategic level within a complex organisation
Proven team management experience, with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing team
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
