This is a strategic leadership role for a commercially minded marketer who thrives in fast-paced, project-driven environments. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a global marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and supports business development efforts across multiple regions.

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll lead a small team and manage external agency relationships to deliver high-impact campaigns and continuous improvement across all marketing channels.

What you’ll be doing…

• Develop and implement a global marketing strategy aligned with long-term business goals
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team
• Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure quality and cost-efficiency
• Deliver tailored campaigns across diverse geographies
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support key account wins
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, PPC, email, and social media
• Drive brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Plan and execute events, trade shows, and conferences
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns based on data insights
• Manage the global marketing budget effectively

What we’re looking for….

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within a project-based business
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and SEO
• Experience managing outsourced marketing partners
• Commercially driven with a passion for brand building
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Background in manufacturing, logistics, or construction is a plus
