What You’ll Be Doing...
As our Head of Media Relations, you will:
• Lead Mitie’s media strategy across national, regional, and trade press
• Manage our press office and respond to media enquiries with speed and precision
• Build and nurture relationships with key journalists and editors
• Handle reputational risk and crisis communications with confidence
• Craft standout content, from press releases to media briefings
• Advise senior leaders on media engagement and public positioning
• Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Track and analyse media coverage to refine strategy and demonstrate impact
• Mentor and develop team members to grow capability
