Head of Modern Workplace
Location: 1-2 days a week in Leeds
We are currently partnered with a global client seeking an experienced M365 Product Owner to manage and optimize their M365 platform, ensuring it delivers business value and meets user needs. You will lead the integration of Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools, drive user adoption, and ensure security and compliance across services. You’ll manage a team of 14 individuals, develop product roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead M365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Power Platform) and integrate AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
- Develop and maintain M365 roadmap, aligning with business goals and incorporating new technologies.
- Manage a team, ensuring high performance and user satisfaction.
- Oversee security, compliance, and cost management of M365 services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and drive platform improvements
Skills & Experience
- Proven M365 experience (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Power Platform).
- Expertise in integrating AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
- Strong leadership, product management, and Agile methodology experience.
- Knowledge of security and compliance best practices in M365.
- Ability to communicate technical details to diverse audiences.
